Where are these cookies made?

All cookies are baked in a home kitchen in Oceanside, California. The facilities are permitted by San Diego County's Department of Environmental Health and Quality under the Cottage Food Program. Sinful Sweet's permit number is DEH2025-FCFO-002049. 

Where can I find your cookies around town?

We currently sell our cookies at 2 locations, Dayon Coffee and Sands Coffee Roasters, both located in Oceanside. Stay tuned as we are always looking to expand into other retailers!

How soon should I enjoy my cookies?

All cookies are baked to order and should be enjoyed within 5 days. Cookies are individually packaged and sealed and can be stored at room temperature.

Can I freeze my cookies?

Yes! You absolutely can. Since each cookie is individually packaged and sealed, they freeze very well. The quality, texture, and flavor of the cookies are not negatively impacted (even the marshmallows on the s'mores cookie!). When ready to eat, allow the cookies to thaw at room temperature for 2 hours before enjoying.

Do you ship?

Currently shipping is not offered; we apologize for the inconvenience! We are actively working on figuring out the best way to package our cookies safely so they arrive to you intact and in pristine condition.

I am local to San Diego County. Can I pickup my order or do you deliver?

Yes! Local pickup in Oceanside is available for free and local delivery is available for a small delivery fee, depending on your location. Available options for pickup and delivery are shown upon checkout. 

Can I submit a custom order?

Absolutely! If you have an order that is more on the complicated side, shoot us a message on our contact form or send us an email at sinfulsweetsoside@gmail.com.

Do you offer bulk orders for things like events or corporate gifting?

Yes, we love doing big orders! Send us an email at sinfulsweetsoside@gmail.com with your contact information, delivery date and address, size preference, flavor preferences and counts. We will respond within 24 hours with an invoice. 

We are a retailer looking to source your cookies. How do we make it happen?

Awesome! Sinful Sweets is permitted for indirect sales via retailers. Send us an email at sinfulsweetsoside@gmail.com.

Do you offer discounts?

All cookies, both full-size and mini, are available at wholesale prices if you order more than 1 dozen. Feel free to mix and match! The wholesale discount will be automatically applied in your cart once the quantity threshold is met. Full-size wholesale prices are $1.00 off the regular price and mini wholesale prices are $0.50 off the regular price. 

What is the difference between full-size and mini cookies?

Full-size cookies are 2 oz (57g). Mini cookies are half the size at 1 oz (28g). Minis are great if you're watching your figure or are on a budget.

What is your refund policy?

Since cookies are perishable goods, they cannot be returned. Only in extreme circumstances (e.g. allergies) will a refund be accepted. You can find more information on our return and refund policy here.
